GALINA’S SUGGESTED USE
Divide your daily amount of Natural Calm (1.5 teaspoons) into 3 servings. Natural Calm should be taken before meals. Magnesium requires stomach acid for better absorption. After a full meal, most of your stomach acid is used to digest food; therefore, if you take magnesium with food, it might neutralize your stomach acid and interfere with your digestion. When your bowels movements become loose, this is your maximum dose. Place Calm powder in a glass; add 2 oz of warm water. Let it fizz, then stir well until fully dissolved. Then, add room temperature clean water (about 6 oz), stir again and drink slowly.

MANUFACTURER’s SUGGESTED USE
Individual needs may vary. Start with the one-half teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 slightly rounded teaspoons (4.5 g) as needed.

WARNING:
Magnesium can have a laxative effect, cause upset stomach and nausea. People with symptoms of diarrhea should not take magnesium supplements. If you have kidney disease, avoid taking magnesium. Consult your physician before taking any supplements.
